Our Whole Kalamata Olives are grown, hand-picked and traditionally cured on our family estate in the Mudgee region of New South Wales.
 
Harvested at peak ripeness, these premium Australian olives are naturally cured in a simple brine of water and salt—allowing their rich, authentic flavour and firm, meaty texture to shine. With no additives or artificial preservatives, they're a true reflection of quality fruit and traditional craftsmanship.
